I'll stamp all over 'credible boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast live on Netflix.

British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the pair confronted each other to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.

Ex two-time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami venue on December 19th.

Fighter's Mindset

"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35, stated.

"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.

"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my intention."

Respectful Exchange

Despite those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically famous for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.

Jake Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.

Targeting Tyson Fury

Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.

"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he showed up," the boxer stated.

"I respect him for that."

Legitimate Fighter

In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.

"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.

Jake Paul's History

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.

He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.

Commercial Success

Nevertheless, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's largest money-making draws, regularly earning huge earnings.

Forecast and Belief

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.

"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul stated.

Physical Difference

As both boxers met for the usual stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
